Project Description
The HaptOscope, inspired by the Graphkit, an haptic 2DOF learning tool, is a kinesthetic haptic device for rendering waveforms for blind and low vision (BLV) electronics makers. The device incorporates an anchor for allocentric spatial awareness and distance perception. The pantograph mechanism is ideal for spatial and temporal movements necessary for waveform rendering, which characterize wave form-generating debugging tools, like an oscilloscope.
